Are there any resin care tips I should be aware of?
Yes you should avoid leaving resin products in direct sunlight or heat as it can make the item malleable. If this occurs place your item flat in a safe place to cool down back to room temperatures . If your item happens to get dirty you can clean it with water + mild soap then dry with a microfiber cloth. DO NOT put items in the dishwasher or microwave.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Resin products take approximately 1-3 business days for processing and graphic apparel/accessories take approximately 10-15 business days for processing (time longer since each items are made to order). Orders are shipped via USPS by either First Class Mail (Standard: 2-5 business days) or Priority Mail (Express: 1-3 business days).*
*Once I ship an order out I have no control over the actual time it takes to reach the shipping address. Each order comes with a tracking number so if you are experiencing longer than usual delays please reach out to your local post office indicated in the information that’s provided with the tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
First Class shipping is a $6 flat rate and for Priority Mail it is $8.50 flat rate for one item + $1.00 for each additional item. All U.S. Orders over $35 will qualify for free shipping using the First Class shipping option and orders over $75 can get free Priority Mail shipping, discounts will be automatic at checkout.
Do you ship to places outside of the US?
Currently I do not, but there are plans to expand to international orders in the future!
I made a mistake during checkout, how do I edit my order?
Mistakes like incorrect items in cart unfortunately are not able to be edited so please be sure to review your order before confirming purchase. However if a mistake is made with just the shipping name or address, as long as contacted within 24 hours I can edit that on your behalf.
How do I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final and can not be returned or exchanged. *(Exception for damages, see question below)
My order arrived damaged can I request a refund?
Pictures are taken of all products before they are shipped out and considerable effort is made in packaging to reduce any chances of damage that can happen due to the shipping carrier. However, if you notice damage for resin items outside of the shop’s note on air bubbles and some rough edges, you have 48 hours from the time the product was marked as delivered to contact me with pictures of said damage. If considerable damage is observed you will be contacted with the options of either getting a refund or a replacement order. Damaged items must be sent back first within 5 business days of contact before a replacement or refund can be issued. For graphic apparel and accessories, no refunds are issued.
